The Apple Farm is very happy to offer your group a complete tour of the farm, including the cider making facilities and the orchard. All tours start at the storefront where a 10-minute video is shown. The group will then take a wagon ride up to the packing-house where they will be shown our refrigerated storage facilities, the packing line, and the cider press. Weather permitting, a wagon ride through a portion of the orchard is also provided.
1. Tours are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
2. Tours will be held regardless of weather conditions. Please make sure children (and adults) are dressed appropriately.
3. The Apple Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
4. The cost per person is $5 (Teachers are FREE). This cost includes a wagon ride, 1 donut, 1 cup of cider, and 1 apple per person.
5. Anyone with a known allergy to nuts should not eat our donuts.
6. We do have a live bee-hive on site - please be prepared to handle bee-stings and be aware of any child / adult with an allergy to bee-stings and prepared in the event that this should occur. The Apple Farm is not responsible for bee-stings resulting from a visit to The Apple Farm. Bees are an active part of nature and due to the nature of our business and the fact that this is a farm, we have no control over what the bees do. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW ANY CHILD/ADULT TO KNOCK ON THE GLASS OR TURN THE BEE-HIVE.
